Why does the Photos app require Face ID after disabling all relevant options?

hi I have disabled every relevant option but stillto open my photos app it requires face id. I need to know why is this happening even after disabling the all the options. I disabled every option but still my photo app requires the face id at first place

I don't know that I can help, because I've never seen this, but I think we need extra information.

I don't understand about "disabling all relevant options" -- can you list the things that you've disabled?

Is the Face ID request for opening the Photos app on your phone, or something else? or is this signing in to iCloud Photos in Safari?
