Face ID attempts exceeded after 5 tries

I’m trying to delete my recently deleted photos I deleted from iOS 16.1.1. But I have Face ID enabled for it and I try 2 times to Face ID to unlock the recently deleted folder but I get the message of “Face ID attempts exceeded and had to manually enter my passcode 2 times to unlock the recently deleted folder.

Face ID in IOS 17.1 Face ID does not work on iOS 17.1. I've tried all the steps recorded in Apple's How to and Face ID is intermittent, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Another problem accompanied is the regulated mode that simply does not work. It's intermittent too. I've already tried to restore without looking for backups and nothing. I went to the Apple Store and they ran a hardware diagnosis, which did not point out problems with the Front Camera and Face ID. I think it must be a problem with iOS 17.1. Apple Store does not recommend repair because the problem does not appear all the time, it is as if it does not exist...what to do?
