I am trying to login into a existing account because I can’t update my apps or anything an I had sold my old phone

Unable to sign in Apple Account on my new iPhone 12 So, I don’t know how to explain properly, but I’m trying to connect my apple account to my new IPhone, also cloning the last device content to the newer one . old iphone can't login to appstore but can on icloud i have an iphone 4 that i've successfully logged into with my apple id, but whenever i login to the apple store or itunes, it insists that my account information are all incorrect. i've successfully logged into icloud.com, itunes, and apple music on my pc with my current account information, and yet i am unable to on this particular device. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

I bought a new iPhone. My apple id and password work on my old phone. But on my new phone it has the wrong log in. I am unable to use my new phone. Apple was supposed to text or call me today and never did. I am currently paying for both phones until I get this fixed.
