Unable to sign in Apple Account on my new iPhone 12

So, I don’t know how to explain properly, but I’m trying to connect my apple account to my new IPhone, also cloning the last device content to the newer one . The problem is even after changing the password several times it still shows “invalid password” when I’m trying to reinstall any app. I’ve signed out and repeated the process several time but it still has the same problem. And my account is locked now… What can I do?
