Adding Notes to Apple Calendar events

Using Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro:

How to keep separate notes on separate days for REPEATING events or for MULTI-DAY events?

I’d like to add notes to each day while on vacation. I don’t want the same notes to be applied to each day, and I don’t want to lose them all when deleting one.

Thanks~

Open the appointment.

Add the note

Save

You'll be asked if you wish the note to apply to all events or just "this one."

A multi-day event in the calendar, if only one "appointment" will always apply to thee entirety of the appointment. Eg. If. you set "vacation" to start on Monday and end on Friday, that is one event.

Thanks for your quick response, though I'm very disappointed with it.

So to set up a vacation where I can put notes for each day, I must...

Program on the first day, the DATE, then a pseudo start, such as, START at 12:05 AM, and END 11:59 PM on that same date, and then choose REPEAT EVERY DAY, then choose END REPEAT?

And then my entire day is colored that specific color.

Major bummer.

Maybe an Apple genius could figure out how to program a multi-day EVENT, with OCCURENCES of 24-hours (a.k.a "one day") throughout the EVENT.

Thanks again!

No muguy is not. WilburOrville may not have explained it clearly enough. If I scheduled a 5 day event, say I'm going to Disneyland. I want an itinerary for each day in that event without it just being a note that shows everything for each day:

No matter which day I click on in the event I'm going to see the same note over and over. I want an itinerary or Note that is particular to the selected day of the event range, without having to make individual calendar events. In the Disney example: I would have to make 5 unique calendar events for each day of my Disney trip.
