Passwords folder missing on iPad Air and iPhone since IOS update to 18.0.1

Passwords are working but the Passwords folder is missing from Settings on my iPad Air and iPhone XR, since the latest update to 18.0.1. Please advise how to access Passwords. Thank you.

iPad Air, iPadOS 18

Re missing Passwords folder - The three coloured key app is on my Home Screen but when signing in it’s completely blank. NOTHING has been migrated into it.

in the settings for AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys this is shown as on (button green).

Beneath this is “AutoFill From” with options Passwords, Chrome, Google. All three are off so I have just turned on Passwords just now (Slid the button to Green). For passkeys, passwords and codes. Have no idea what it’s for but rebooted iPad. Logged into the app - still BLANK! I’ve turned it back to off.

desperately need a solution here….
