I need to know if there is a way to identify and remove music downloaded with a different Apple ID.

This is a shared computer and a former employee used to download and now we are using our own ID. I need to remove his downloads so iTunes will stop asking me to transfer the ID. Is the best way to wipe it all out and start over?
