AppleTV Plus Won't Let Me Sign In

I tried to sign in to Apple TV multiple times today. The first time, it let me sign in and, when I picked my show, it bumped me to the sign in on computer or remote. I did that multiple times with the multi-tier authentication. Signed in on computer. Signed in on remote. Each took me to the user name/password, then I got an "allow" location, said yes, then gave me an authentication code which I entered. Then I got a message "to watch this content, sign in to the iTunes Store. I did that. Nothing. I used the activate.apple.com and entered the code. Got the message that my TV would refresh and it went back to the sign in or sign up page. I deleted the app and then added it again. What am I supposed to do?

If you are sure there's no connectivity issues preventing you from signing in, then account issues must be handled directly by a live advisor with Apple Support.

This is NOT a network issue. This is Apple TV Plus Streaming App not allowing me to sign in. Every other app is fine. I think it has something to do with the 3 months free that came with my iphone. It wouldn’t leave me alone about it since I have a monthly subscription so I accepted weeks ago. Now I am paying a monthly subscription and have zero access as of Saturday.

We'd like to share some suggestions to help with your sign in issue. It sounds like something with the communication. We would recommend checking Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points to make sure there is no network communication issue. If this doesn't help, isolating the issue down to the specific device or all devices as a whole could be helpful with further ideas to check.

I have the same issues constantly with Apple TV+ and have zero network issues on my end. This is the only streaming platform I ever have issues with
