If there are any Apple stores in your country, you can contact them. If you have no nearby stores, see if this link offers a solution...

How to service phone battery for iPhone XR My battery health has degraded to 79% and I would like to service the phones battery. I live in Dubai and I’m wondering how to do so and what will be the cost. Would you recommend getting a new phone instead of servicing my current phone?
