locked out of phone

I just downloaded and update to my phone and now it wants my facial and passcode and i don't want to do either one and I cant get into my settings to delete this

Your only option now is to reset your phone

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -
