iphone passcode

hello, I changed my password and it verified the change but I've gone to put the password in and its telling me its wrong, ive now been locked out of my phone multiple times as its not allowing face ID. Is there anyway i can access my phone without having to erase it

Unfortunately no. You will need to reset it. Youn recover your data from backups if you made them.
