Can I review account history

My ex has been signing into ALL of my accounts and changing passwords. He never changed my iCloud password, I assumed because he didn’t have it. Come to find out an unrecognized device is in my devices, an iPhone version I’ve never owned.

Is there a way to see when the iPhone was signed in? I deleted it immediately out of panic and I wish I checked it’s location first, so I’m also curious if there’s a way to check where it was when it was on my account

If your ex doesn't have your iCloud password, they couldn't have added a device to your account. So, either they have the passcode and have simply chosen not to change it or it's a phone you've forgotten about. You did the correct thing by removing it. Next, you should change your passcode as recommended on that screen.

I know it wasn’t mine. I never had an iPhone 4, my first iPhone was an iPhone 6

i do know it wasn’t me- not positive it was him. But it wasn’t me.

is there a way to check an activity log for everywhere it has been signed in? It’s been removed - but I was wondering if I can still see any information about it once removed. Similar to many accounts have a log in history
