Face ID
My dad’s iPhone 13 Face ID worked fine until recently. When you try to reset it, it gets to the screen to put your face in the square and won’t go ahead to circle your head. Any idea how we can get this working again?

Have you Recently Updated your iPhone?

Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: when this all began, and how you have troubleshot it thus far.. Include the URL of this thread.
- Proceed from there as necessary
Thx we’ve tried those - the option for an alternate face isn’t even there anymore. I guess that takes us to #9. Thanks.
