Siri turns on the wrong lights (topic is HomeKit)
There's no option for a HomeKit topic but this is HomeKit related.
In my living room, I have four sets of lights:
- standing lamp lights (a floor to ceiling lamp with three bulbs)
- a light strip
- ceiling lights (three bulbs in a mount on the ceiling)
- entertainment lights (two backlights behind the TV)
If I tell Siri to turn on the "living room ceiling lights" she turns on all of the lights. If I tell her to turn off the "living room standing lamp" she turns off all of the lights.
I can't begin to describe how frustrating this is. I just want my voice assistant to turn on or off only the lights I tell it to, and no others.
How do I fix this?
