iPhone is continuing to say out of storage even thought it has plenty

My daughters iPhone is continuing to say out of storage yet our fam share has plenty of space remaining.

can you pls you fix or connect / link properly?

Hello Callie K., Your iCloud storage is full.As a result, you can no longer send or receive messages with your iCloud email address, email@icloud.com your documents, contacts, mail, and device data are no longer backing up to iCloud and your photos and videos are not uploading to iCloud Photos. To continue using these iCloud services, you need to upgrade to iCloud+ or reduce the amount of storage you are using.

With family sharing you can add storage in iCloud, but it does not add local storage to the iPhone.

If the iPhone running out of storage, you can try to free some local storage by removing local music downloads from the Music library, removing downloads from TV, remove downloaded books from the Books library, remove apps that have not been used for a long time, and enable iCloud Photos with "Optimise iPhone Storage". The "Optimize" feature will allow the iPhone to remove the downloads for videos and photos that have not been used for quite some time. The items will be replaced by smaller, optimised versions. It will take some time before the library will get fully optimised. And the size of the library can not be reduced indefinitely. You should expect, that the optimised versions will still be using up to 10% of the original size.
