I transferred most data to new 13. But all passwords saved in the old 12 cannot be transferred. How can I make it?

That depends on how you managed passwords on the old phone. If you enabled iCloud Keychain on the iPhone 12 just enable it on the iPhone 13. The control is in Settings/[your name]/iCloud - Keychain.


If you did not use iCloud keychain but you made an iCloud backup or an encrypted computer backup your passwords should have been restored when you restored that backup. However, unencrypted computer backups do not contain passwords.
