Why didn't all my passwords migrate over?
Why didn't all my passwords migrate over? Everything else did. What can I do now? Do I need to do it again, or is there a simpler way? I used a cable, not iCloud.

You enter the correct password when it's requested, i.e. type it in. They weren't in the migrated dataset, that's something you supply as the active user.
Do you maybe mean Keychain? Copy keychains to another Mac - Apple Support
