iPad mail being deleted from server

I had to uninstall and reinstall my Spectrum mail account because my iPad was not recognizing the license all of a sudden. Now that I reinstalled it, it deletes my mail off the server which it never did. In the advance setting there is no option to stop this. I’m am using os 14.7.1. How do I correct this?

Thanks for reaching out about using the Mail app with your Spectrum account. We can help with this. When you deleted the account and set it back up, you set the settings to an IMAP account rather than a POP account. In order to get these specific settings so you aren't deleting messages from the server as well as the iPad, you'll need to ask Spectrum for them.
