I movie project onto flash drive

I can't get my project onto a flash drive - something to do with the format of the drive - so ridiculous - so how can I play this on my smart TV without Apple TV? - I tried a dic - but the DVDs are all only 4.7GB and the project is 6.2 GB - and there are no DVDs with larger capacity - I am rather irritated - bought a $3500 new iMac and can't get this to work!!

any ideas??- the tech tried to reformat the drive - and even that did not work - help!!!

Share the project out as a movie to your desktop and put the movie on a flash drive that is formatted ExFat.

If you use the burn program on your Mac it makes a data DVD that doesn’t compress the movie so therefore you can’t fit a 6.2 GB movie onto a 4.7 GB disc. You must use a DVD authoring program, like DVD Creator by Peng GUIPING, that sells for about $14.97 on the Apple app store. An authoring program can compress a two hour movie (about 26 GB) to fit onto a 4.7 GB disc.
