i have a problem pairing my device between iphone 5c and iwatch series 2, is that any possibel to pair my device without upgrading my iOs ?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

An iphone 5c only updates to ios10 a series 2 watch requires ios13 if it has WatchOS6.
