Purchase cancelled(0) COD mobile

Hi, I have been trying to buy some COD Point, and appear a a purchase cancelled(0). I have my credit card on my apps store, I reach to the bank in case if there is any issue with the card, and isn't; I need some with that please.

Am from Panama, and Inused to buy cod point, since a couple of week that change, am unable to buy anything in COD
