Dictation on Apple Watch Series 5 Not Working

I got an Apple Watch Series 5 almost 3 months ago and I use it almost everyday. I’ve noticed that on average, the dictation will stop working once a week and every time it does, I have to restart the Apple Watch and wait a little until it will start working again. Has anyone else had this problem as well? The dictation not working once a week is pretty frequent which is worrisome. Please let me know your experiences, thank you.
