Dictation Apple Watch series 4

Hello. Is anyone else having trouble with their dictation on Apple Watch series 4 with cellular? I noticed that it randomly stops working for a long period of time. Neither Siri or text dictation work and when I answer they don’t hear me. I went to Apple store and we reset it and it worked for one day and it went back to having the same issue. I’ve don’t everything I’ve been told to do by Apple store and what I’ve read. Anyone have success fixing this issue? Maybe it’s the update?
