My iPad is stuck in recovery mode and am unable to restore it - am I able to trade it in as is?

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried to restore several times...using different cables, different ports, all software is updated on the computer...I am unable to restore and am getting errors 9, 4013, 47.
Any other ideas?

Thanks, I’ve tried everything in that article, including contacting Apple support - they were not able to solve the problem and suggested Apple repair To diagnose.
Given that the genius bars, servicers are closed in this environment; was hoping for any other novel ideas.

Doubtful as this would be considered a non-working iPad that would NOT bring a good trade-in value, if any, at all!
