I cannot reset my security questions why ??

You can't reset them because you can't answer them successfully to gain access to your Apple ID account Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple  https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin


See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485


If cannot answer the your security questions successfully, then see: 

 

Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303

 

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”


Thus, unless there are extenuating circumstances, we can do nothing for you. But, if you want to contact Apple support to discuss your problem, see these support options:
