Dark icons

My icons are dark with waiting underneath after converting to new iPad. HELP

They are in the process of downloading. When setting up a new iPad from an older one or a backup, Apps are re-downloaded from the store, and may take some time to completey download and be available.

Make sure the iPad is connected to Wifi, and wait for the apps to download.
