Cant update iPhone 5C

Dear Friends, I have a iPhone 5C and it wont update to ios 10.3.4, because it says that my software is updated wuth ios 10.3.3.

I got the news that iPhone 5 must update by the latest 3rd November 2019.

Is this OK or something is wrong with my iPhone?

Please kindly advice.

The issue only affects the iPhone 5. The 5C doesn't need the 10.3.4 update.
