iPhone 5c update issue

Hi. Re: announcement that iPhone 5 users have to update to iOS 10.3.4 soon or lose functionality. My iPhone 5c has iOS 10.3.3 and says it's "up to date" and won't allow me to update. Any ideas in the community about this? I'll try Support, too.
