I lost my iPhone and I want recovery my data ,I connected my iPhone to iCloud too,how can I recovery data with my Apple ID?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Do you have another device or computer you can sync the data to? Can you go to iCloud.com using a computer browser and access the data?

If you make an iCloud backup, then you can restore from backup with a new device.
