I lost my iPhone XR and used this iPhone 11 as a recovery phone and I can’t get anything other than my contacts I was wanting to know how to get into my iCloud messages and pics and other things

Sign into Settings/Your Name using the same Apple ID and then turn iCloud syncing on. The sync is very, very slow. The photos sync is extremely slow. It could take several days or more for the photos to sync.
Then go to Messages/FaceTime and sign in. Add the phone number/email addresses you were using in Messages on the XR.
