my playlists disappeared on my iPhone music app

I accidentally force closed the music app on my iPhone X. When I reopened the app, my songs were there but all the playlists were gone. Is there a way to get them back by connecting to iTunes and doing a drag and drop?

Try this:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
    2. Close Settings.
    3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
    4. Turn on “Show Apple Music

 If they still don’t load:

  1. in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back  in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.
