I’ve just purchased Wicked For Good as I’d heard horror stories regarding the bonus features missing on prime. The issue I have is I can’t even download to my iPad or iPhone. Any ideas?

What happens when you try?
Did you purchase it from the Apple TV store?
Or from some other vendor?
Does the purchase appear in your Recent Purchases section of the TV app?
Does it not have a ↓ (down arrow) at the top right corner, next to the share icon?
Check your internet connection, try from a different one. If using cellular switch to Wi-Fi. If using Wi-fi try a different Wi-Fi network.
Otherwise, just keep trying. It may need a little while before the download is allowed after purchase. But it should technically work from there.
If it still won't work, then contact Apple Support directly.

I purchased via Apple TV. I get an error message saying it cannot be downloaded, I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Weird thing is I can download the two other films I’ve purchased. It is indeed in my purchased section.
