IPhone background glitch when doing app switching option. Whenever I swipe from down to right to close apps, I'm getting glitch in screen. Even I tried restart, change wall paper settings. But no use. I couldn't upload video, so attaching image.

Swipe from down to right? That's not how you close apps. You can close an app by swiping up from the bottom of your page, to go to your home screen. You can swipe halfway up the screen and hold to bring up the App Switcher and then swipe each app up you want fully closed. Also, you have Assistive Touch enabled on your iPhone. Do you use Assistive Touch?
