I spend my time between the US and UK. I have two iPhones (16 and 17 Pro Maxes) how can I have the AppStore on one set to UK and to the other to US. It is a pain changing the payment method etc. Would I have to have two Apple Accounts?

Yes, you would have to have two Apple Accounts. You would not be able to use Family Sharing between the two because for a family group all accounts have to be set to the same country.
