Is there a way to turn off Apple-specific auto-capitalisations, like "Quick Look"? I use the phrase quick look all the time, and I'm literally never talking about the minor, seldom-dicussed Apple feature. I want to keep auto corrections, but disable all the Apple-specific corrections — these are not actually corrections, but the brand overreaching into my everyday typing.

If I type quick look, there is no automatic correction going on.
Try the following:
Open Settings ➢ General ➢ Keyboards, then tap Auto-Correction off.
