The latest very high-end hearing aids may already feature support for Auracast.

To SELECT a specific stream from the (possibly multiple, in multiple languages) streams in the air around you, support likely needs to be provided by your hearing aid maker's hearing aid App on your iPhone.

Check the hearing aid maker's web site, or consult your hearing professional.

Sorry to say, I do not know who the manufacturer / distributor / supplier is.

You may want to find a hearing-aid manufacturer that incorporates the use of Auracast.

or

You could search on the Internet for Auracast products or services to suit,

or

You may want to consult a hearing-professional for advice about your particular hearing situation..

Seems this is not one of Apple's Hearing Health products, or Hearing Health software, that Apple makes available. Eg: Apple works with hearing-aid manufacturers to provide "Made for iPhone" hearing solutions,

and the iPhone, iPad and newer Macs, come with hearing- health software and / or accessibility settngs.

Also Apple's AirPods Pro 2 uses Apple's Hearing Health software for tadults with mild to moderate hearing loss:
