Why is ATH Bridge not available in the app store?

If an app is not available in the App Store, it is because the developer has not chosen to offer their app through the App Store.

As far as I can tell from a general web search (which usually turns up a dozen results for any app in any store anywhere), there is no app by that name for any platform. There is no app for a developer to add to the store.
https://athbridge.com/product/homekit-homebridge-server/ says "Control any smart device through Apple Home app and Siri!" In other words, you use the Home App from Apple.
