Re: iPad App Store: Cannot download/update apps or load Apple ID
My App Store hasn’t been working properly on my iPad
✽ every time I hit “install” it just gets stuck on a loading icon
✽ trying to update apps, it’ll just say “waiting..” forever.
✽ to open my Apple ID account page .... it just says “Loading…
✽ Wondering which iPadOS version is installed on your iPad: See Settings > General > Software updates.
Eg: updates or upgrades often add necessary bug-fixes and security updates.(back-up iPad first if updating)
✽ If already using the most recent compatible iOS version: Try restarting your iPad & see if that restores order.
✽ If still not able to Log-in to your Account in App Store: Check you are signed in to your Apple Account on your iPad with the Apple Account details you use for the App Store:

More trouble-shooting: ✽ Check whether there are restrictions set preventing you from using the App Store
Look through the Settings on the iPad ... also check FaceTime Settings if needed
