Cant block a merchant whos trying to charge me 100$ without my consent.

I accidentally fell for a scam and now theres a merchant trying to charge me 100$ everyday which i didnt consent to and I cant block the merchant. Already reported them but it wont be lifted. I read the terms and services if the scam website and nothing was there about the charge.
