App Store verification not working when downloading app

I was trying to download an application in the app store but they ask me to verify I did but it’s not working I don’t if you can help me out with it please

(1) You may need a verification code to complete log-in ?

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

(2) Trouble-shooting a payment-method:

Try Apple Support's tips for "If you can't add a payment method" in Apple Support's online article (link below) :

Add a payment method to your Apple Account - Apple Support

Eg: says:

If you can’t add a payment method

  • Check what payment methods you can use with your Apple Account in your country or region.
  • If you’re using an accepted payment method but your Apple Account is set to a different country or region, change your country or region.
  • If the Add button is greyed out, you may be in a Family Sharing group and you use purchase sharing. Only the family organiser can have a payment method on file. If you want to use your own payment methods, turn off purchase sharing, then add your own payment method.
  • Double-check that your name, billing address and other information is spelt correctly and matches what you have on file with your financial institution.
  • Some payment methods require you to be verified via your financial institution's app, text message or another means.
  • Contact your financial institution for help if you’re unable to verify yourself.

(3) It may be that the provider of your payment method is not allowing the payment to Apple to go through. Eg: If you have debated a charge from Apple, you may need to authorise the provider of your payment method to allow payments to Apple again.

Sometimes you need to authorise international payments with your financial institution before they can verify your payment to Apple.
