Payment pending. How long does it take? I bought 1 song from iTunes several days ago. I can play it but the charge is still pending in my iphone settings and hasn't hit my credit card yet. My cloud storage fee processes each month ok.

It should charge in around 24 to 48 hours normally. Apple tends to wait before charging small one time purchases in case other purchases happen, so they make one combined charge.
If nothing else is purchased, it will be charged after a day or so.
If it's been more than a couple of days, then something may be wrong.
