MacBook 6digit code

Hello,

I need help unlocking my MacBook Air which is stuck on the Find My “Remote Lock” screen asking for a 6-digit PIN.

I am the legitimate owner of the device, but I cannot unlock it because the Find My lock was activated under an old Apple ID email (*****@mail.ru) which I no longer have access to. That email address is extremely old and the mailbox cannot be opened or recovered, so I am unable to receive any verification codes or access the old Apple ID.

When I sign in with my current Apple ID, the Mac does not appear under my devices, and I cannot retrieve the 6-digit lock PIN. The device remains locked and does not allow me to enter Recovery Mode or reinstall the system.

I am requesting an Activation Lock removal.

I can provide:

• The device serial number

• Photos of the locked screen

Please assist me with verifying ownership so I can regain access to my MacBook Air.

Thank you.

FWIW, these Apple Community forums are peer-to-peer support forums. You are not speaking to Apple here, only other users, and we understand Apple don’t actively participate here.
