I can't confirm my Apple ID email address.

Hello..I am writing regarding the inability to confirm my email address.On my iPad, a message keeps popping up asking me to confirm my email address, but when I click "confirm email address," it says "send code."The code is not sent... and the account creation window opens when I enter my email address... It claims that the email address is already taken.Well, it's through my account and I want to confirm it. I know Apple is a bunch of incompetent pri**", but come on...

This is my first device with iOS on boardI've used a lot of Chinese Android junk and none of it has caused any problems, but supposedly premium hardware causes problems.

I know this is an old ipad, but it has already put me off to Apple in the future...

Your email is stuck in a partially verified state. Remove it in your Apple ID settings online, add it again, make sure your email provider isn’t blocking Apple, sign out and back in on the iPad, and ensure Date & Time is correct. If the verification email still doesn’t arrive, Apple Support must manually reset the email status.
