Apple TV app freezes with spinning wheel

While watching Apple TV shows, the show freezes and the spinning wheel appears. I've noticed this on Apple Original show 'Tehran' (season 2).

I've closed and relaunched the Apple TV app. I've powered down the ATV and restarted it. The problem persists. The ATV is using tvOS 26.1.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

if it was me then my first path of troubleshooting would be to pull the plug in the appletv box

and the wifi router wait 10 sec and connect them once again and try again
