Cannot Cancel PicsArt free trial

I signed up for a free trial of PicsArt app. I want to cancel my free trial and when I try and do that through the normal methods all I get is a spinning wheel or a "cannot connect - retry" message. I want to cancel this free trial before it charges me. I don't want to have to go through the steps to get a $78 refund from apple at Christmas time. This is absurd... any tips or advice? I just wanted this to be on the record.

The Apple support app, if you talk to a human, can help you cancel the subscription (had the same issue and no other options worked). Additionally, check your payment card connected to the subscription to make sure they didn’t charge it because a few reviews of the app say they were charged before the end of the free trial.

Thanks for this. I definitely have data connectivity and I am not using a vpn. Will wait and try again tomorrow, as I have 7 days for the free trial. Just a bit odd and I think it’s likely on the PicsArt end. I mainly wanted to spread an awareness. I do appreciate those support links as it’s really hard to filter through and find any that actually provide support and aren’t AI loops.

I’m having the exact same problem. I got the free trial yesterday. I get charged on the 12th. I’ve sent messages and emails and they finally wrote me back. They said we are looking into your issue. The picsart customer service also stated that if I try to reach out to them on multiple platforms, it’s not going to make the process any faster. Just cancel my subscription already!! I can’t connect when I try to go through Apple it said cannot connect but all my other subscriptions work perfect.
