How do I alphabetize albums in Photos?
I would like to alphabetize my albums in Photos

Do you mean that you want to put the albums in alphabetical order? Then right-click on "All Albums" or the albums's enclosing folder to get this drop-down menu:
For dates you can choose Arrange by oldest or newest first. But "By Name" is A to Z.
