How do I access Peacock app content after bundling with Apple TV?

I recently switched my individual Apple TV and Peacock accounts and got the Apple TV + Peacock bundle. When I log into my Apple TV account it shows that I have the this bundled subscription but when I go to Peacock it tells me I have to upgrade to watch what I was able to watch before. Is there a certain way I have to access Peacock once bundling them?

If you got the bundle through the Apple TV app, then you access Peacock through the Peacock channel in the Apple TV app. You won’t see anything on the Stand alone Peacock app.


You’ll also want to cancel the subscription through the Peacock App, so you aren’t double billed.

The TV app one some TVs may not have access to the Channels section for some reason.


You won't be able to access it there in that case.


Downloading the stand alone Peacock App will do nothing since you cannot enable the bundle on it if you started it through the Apple TV app.


For TV's the only real option is an Apple TV box, with the Channels section in the Apple TV app
