Seeking refund for the unauthorized subscription charges

I installed a free app installed "Crsel Plus" which had some paid features. When I went to pay for the subscriptions, the app offered the trial period of 3-days (ending on Nov 07, 2025).


I explored the app for 3-days but did not like the functionality, and canceled the subscription on Nov 06, but later found that the app had already deducted the yearly subscription amount INR 2499 on Nov 06.


So, now I have the canceled subscription, no access to paid features, and INR 2499 deducted from my account as well. How do I contest this and get my money back? Please help.

I checked and I did not receive any email receipt, and when I tried to report using "Having Issue" option on Google Pay it is asking me to content it with the bank, as they are just the processor.


I also checked on the iTunes link you shared, and when going through the "Request Refund" process, it only shows the another app subscription I did pay for which was billed on Nov 18 and nothing else.
