Recover

Dear Apple Support Team,

I hope you can help me. I recently bought a new iPhone and made all the necessary backups. Everything was fully downloaded and visible on my new device — all my photos were there, including around 70,000 pictures.

However, something unexpected happened. Around 5,000 photos were suddenly marked as deleted. I did not notice this in time, and I accidentally removed them from the “Recently Deleted” folder as well. I am absolutely sure I did not delete these photos intentionally.

These 5,000 photos are extremely important to me — many of them are from my daughter’s concerts and special moments. Some of the photos remained, but a large portion disappeared, and I am devastated.

I kindly and urgently ask you to help me recover these permanently deleted photos. This situation happened by mistake, and I am hoping there is still a way to restore them from your side.

I am truly begging you — if there has ever been a case where you were able to recover permanently deleted photos, and if there is any way you can help me restore these 5,000 pictures, I would be deeply grateful. You cannot imagine how important these photos are to me.

I have been keeping all my memories in iCloud since 2012–2013, and losing them so suddenly has been incredibly painful. I have not been able to sleep for several days because of this.

Please, please help me if it is at all possible.
