I would like to purchase 5 x Macbook Pro M4Max from the UK Apple store for my non-profit project. We are registered as an association in an EU country. The project is financed through an education for youth grant. Are we eligible to use the education discount for the 5 laptops? And can we get a VAT invoice with our EU VAT number?
No. The education discount is not available to a non-profit. However, if you reach out to an Apple Business representative (https://www.apple.com/business or contact your local Apple Store), they may be able to assist. They can at the very least assist with the VAT invoice.

Ax we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, we can not speak for Apple, or guess what Apple may or my not do in a particular circumstance, or in your country or region. Sorry, am no expert in this area, myself.
It seems only orders placed on your country’s or region’s Apple Education site are eligible for the special education pricing.
